    After running the international support team for Marchon and being the main liaison for Calvin Klein corporate retail for Marchon, Nelissa resigns her position and NNDC Consulting Inc. is founded to represent the eyewear companies in the Caribbean and Latin America to service ECP’s (Eye Care Professionals), as consulting and sales agency.   • 2000 – EyeSpace

    January 1, 2000

    Started to represent a California based eyewear company which at the time licensed BCBGMAXAZRIA eyewear a fashion eyewear brand and Kajiya Eyewear a Japanese-American boutique jewelry eyewear brand. The agreement was forged to cover the Caribbean and Latin America.

  • 2001 – Coco Lunettes

    January 1, 2001

    Started a relationship with Coco Lunettes, a company that was engaged in boutique optical retail locations throughout South Florida, while developing boutique eyewear such as MySpex, a foldable high quality boutique eyewear collection. NNDC began to market the eyewear in Latin America and the Caribbean.

  • 2002 – Signature

    January 1, 2002

    Started a consultancy relationship with Signature Eyewear, a top 10 company that had a balanced portfolio of house and licensed brands which included: Bebe Eyewear, Hummer, Nicole Miller, Laura Ashley and Dakota Smith. The agreement was forged to cover the Caribbean and Latin America.

  • 2003 – Brands and Area Consultants

    January 1, 2003

    EyeSpace sings a new license, Paris Blues and NNDC commits to the new license. Nelissa recruits her youngest sister, Nina Dass to represent some of the brands for the Caribbean.

  • 2004 – Brands

    January 1, 2004

    Micheal Stars is signed by Signature Eyewear and NNDC commits to marketing the brand.

  • 2005 – New Brand & New Division

    January 1, 2005

    Hummer Eyewear is signed by Signature Eyewear and NNDC commits to marketing the brand. NNDC starts its commercial relationship with MODO eyewear, a global leader in boutique eyewear distribution.

  • 2006 – Structure

    January 1, 2006

    Neisha is formally transitioned to the MODO rep, while Nina is dedicated to Signature.

  • 2007 – Distribution and New Alliance

    January 1, 2007

    NNDC evolves from an agency to full-fledged distributor and moves into a 2,200 square foot operation in North Miami Beach. Starts immediately distributing: MODO and Signature. Also commences its newfound relationship with French company, Morel. In order to accommodate this expansion a new division is formed.

  • 2008 – Kouture Ventures

    February 4, 2008

    NNDC Consulting Inc. Officially changes the company name to Kouture Ventures Inc. Registers the KOUTURE brand and it’s iconic emblem, the double, back-to-back “K” under four product categories and commences production.

  • 2009 – Kategories & Your-Optix

    January 1, 2009

    Starts to market the KOUTURE label in all categories. Starts a newfound relationship with Dutch specialty eyewear developer EuroVisie for the You’s and Youpi brands, and a new division is formed, Your-Optix is formed.

  • 2010 – WesCan

    January 1, 2010

    Starts relationship with Canadian eyewear supplier and former counterpart from EyeSpace, Wescan (later became WestGroupe) for the brands Fysh UK and Kliik Denmark.
